Shipping Information

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm EST and orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and all expedited orders require a street address.

Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery within the Contiguous 48 U.S. States as currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. If you don't receive an email from us, please check your spam folder to see if it has landed there. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. 

Easy Repairs Returns & Exchanges

Repair

If for some reason your Millimetre journal needs repair, we will repair your item at no charge. We do not replace stained leather or fix leather that has been cut, ripped by accident, or damaged out in the world. We also do not replace or repair thread or paper that has been used or worn. We ask that customers pay for shipping both ways. Please allow 1-3 weeks for any repair.

Leather is a natural material from wild animals and is therefore subject to change slightly from hide to hide and with different dye lots. Changes in the color or texture of the leather and signs of wear are normal. While we handle our product with the utmost care, small dents, dings, scratches, or blemishes may be found within the product. Irregularities in the consistency of the color in each journal should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural qualities of the material.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us provided the item is in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. Packing slips are required for returns. We are not responsible for missing packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned is in less than original condition per our discretion. Please allow two weeks for credit to be received following our receipt of goods.  Return postage is to be paid for by the customer, and we recommend that the product is returned via a traceable carrier.
